Menu's

We offer two buffet menu’s as the most popular choices for the weddings we have done in the past. Buffets are very guest friendly and cheaper than a served meal.

There are extra’s that can be added to any menu, just talk to us about your requirements. Some food content may vary on the day due to supply aspects but we endeavour to provide you with an excellent meal which everyone will enjoy.

We can do Set Menu served dinners with prices starting at $33 per person and limited to a maximum of 100 persons.

The menu content is arranged on interview with us in the Club and depends on the number of courses and the format of the evening.

These menus include set-up and serving the buffet and clearing the buffet away.

Note : The Entrée dishes in Menu No 1 can be substituted with something you may like. Talk to Neville and he can tell you if it can be made available and if it will alter the price.
If you have your own menu we can price it for you. We can add fresh seafood to either buffet and price it accordingly.
Unfortunately we cannot allow food to be brought onto the premises, for food hygienne reasons.

Bridal Table Service $7.50 per Bridal Table guest.

Waiting Service for all guests $4 per guest.

Pre Dinner Nibbles is from $9.50 per person, depending on menu content.

Additional menu items will be charged at the appropriate costs.

Cheese Board with Pickles and Biscuits is $150.

What we Need to Know…….

• Day, date and time of your wedding.
• Time your guests will be arriving at the Club.
• Time you wish the meal to be served.
• Preferred serviette colour—White is standard.
• When the speeches will be and how long.
• No's on the Bridal Table.
• Approximate time for leaving the Club.
• Arrangements for beverages.
• Number of children.
• Your arrangements for music.

Points to Remember.

• We are a Chartered Club for members, their guests and affiliated members. You must be a member of our club to sign in guests or be a member of an affiliated club to be able to use our facilities.
• Become a member and enjoy the excellent facilities and friendly atmosphere here in central Hamilton. Membership is very reasonable and the social benefits are great.
• The caterer is a fully qualified Chef and serves food that is always well received.
• There is plenty of off-street parking.
• The club is open every day of the year, except Christmas Day.
• The Restaurant is open most days for Lunch and Dinner but closed on Monday.
• Guests are expected to take their used dishes back to the kitchen area. A full waiting services is extra.
• The prices include all equipment used for the buffet, and guest tables i.e cutlery, crockery, tables and table cloths
• The prices include GST and are based on a minimum of 50 guests. There would be a 15% surcharge for 30 to 50.
  (The minimum for Buffet No. 2 is 50 guests)
• A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and this is only refundable under exceptional circumstances
• Payment of the full amount is required on or before the day of the function.
